Great service from all the staff at Ergi Outlet. My office chair was ordered on the telephone, quickly built and delivered by two lovely chaps who were so careful as they carried it up a difficult staircase and removed my old office chair. All the staff were really helpful. How lovely to deal with a local firm whio couldn't di enough to help.

We found the perfect furniture items to compliment our new home. The design options offered were different to the usual furniture retailers and gave us an opportunity to be quite radical and daring in our choices. Taking that chance really paid off and we love the look we've be able to create. Plus delivery was on time and the guys were very helpful and friendly.

Purchased a Haworth Zody office chair and I couldn't be happier with it.
Delivery took just over a week but was well packaged. Apart from some scuffing to the wheels, which you would expect, it looks and feels like a brand new chair.
I did have a few queries prior to purchasing and my questions were answered within a few minutes each time via their web chat thing.
This chair was to contemplate an adjustable standing desk, due to issues with my lower back; I've had the chair just over a week now and I have not needed to use the standing position on the desk once!
Absolutely thrilled.

Very pleased with the process and our purchases, easy to order with prompt delivery. However delivery increased quite considerably after adding one more item which could be due to the fees set by the the courier.
