Expecting a delivery and installation from Ergo Outlet?

Is there access to a lift?

Is there any restricted access to the building?

Is there adequate parking for our delivery vehicles?

Are there any health and safety, PPE requirements or inductions?

Are there any pre-arranged furniture items to be moved/removed?

Important Information Regarding Your Furniture Installation

Installation may be aborted if rooms or routes are not ready when our team arrives. If your installation must be aborted, it will be rebooked according to our current availability and charges will be applied for the aborted delivery and rescheduled installation.

It is the customers responsibility to check that the goods ordered will fit into the space allowed including through doorways/stairwells etc. Ergo Outlet will not remove doors/windows or use stairs deemed to be a health and safety risk. If you are unsure, please contact us with the access dimensions.

Please ensure that old furniture is removed prior to installation. Our delivery team will not do this unless pre-arranged. Ergo Outlet cannot be held responsible for any accidents/damage which may occur as a result of moving equipment or furniture other than what has been agreed to.

Used furniture is ‘sold as seen’ and storage may not include keys. Please contact our sales team if you require keys or other office accessories.
