In addition to choosing a good chair that fits you properly, you also need to consider the rest of your equipment and sure your computer screen set at the correct height. Try to avoid sitting in the same position for too long. It’s recommended to take short breaks every 20-30 minutes to stretch and move around.

Whilst it does vary from person to person, as a general rule you should try to sit up fairly straight with your feet flat on the floor and your knees at a 90-degree angle. Your back should be supported by the chair’s backrest, and your shoulders should be relaxed.

Absolutely. If you’re able, regular exercise can really help strengthen your back muscles and improve your posture, which can help reduce back pain while sitting.
