We’re open 9:00-5:00 Monday-Friday and you don’t need to make an appointment. We stock a small amount of used furniture here and we have a good cross-section of new furniture on display for you to try out including a range ergonomic office chairs and height adjustable desks.

Delivery prices vary depending on the product/s ordered and your delivery address. A number of our product ranges such as chairs for bad backs include free UK courier delivery. The easiest thing to do is add the items to your cart and then add your delivery postcode on the cart page to calculate the available shipping options. Please see our delivery page for more information.

Our website contains many bespoke products from different manufactures and the delivery timescales vary between them. Please see each individual product listing for information about lead times for each product. In most instances we’ll need to wait for all the items on your order to arrive before we arrange dispatch.

Yes. We take pride in offering only high-quality second-hand furniture so that you can furnish your office in style, whilst saving yourself money and the planet. If a used item has any significant damages that we’re aware of, these will be detailed in the product description.

We keep a small amount of used furniture at our showroom in Derbyshire that you are welcome to view. However, in order to offer our huge selection of second-hand furniture, the majority of our used stock is safely flat-packed and placed in storage until required. We do our best when photographing used items to make sure the photographs are a true reflection of the item condition. Please rest assured that customer satisfaction is of upmost importance to us and if in the rare event an item fails to meet our high standards, we will do everything in our power to offer a solution that leaves you smiling.

We usually only clear office furniture if it’s a large quantity and in great condition. If you have office furniture that you are looking to sell, please email us some photographs along with a list of what’s available and an idea of what you are looking to get from the sale. Your enquiry can then be forwarded to the relevant department for a decision.

As a retail company we don’t offer trade discounts as such, however, we’re always happy to look at our pricing on large orders. All our website prices are already discounted at an average of 30% off RRP. These prices are available to everyone, large companies and private individuals alike. Additionally, we offer a price match service. If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, let us know and we’ll match the price for you!

It depends on the item and chosen delivery method. As a general rule, desks and tables are stored flat-packed whereas storage items are fully assembled. If you select courier delivery, flat-packed items will be dispatched flat-packed for you to assemble. If you select delivery with installation, our team of qualified fitters will fully assemble any flat-packed items for you in the location of your choice.

Yes. Office space planning is one of our core services that we offer free of charge! Please contact us about your project or complete the form on our office design page.

All new locking furniture will be supplied with keys. Used lockable furniture may not include keys. You can add keys to your order by selecting this option on the product page.

Yes. All the prices on our website are subject to VAT. Please add items to your cart to see the total price with VAT. We will email you a VAT invoice when you place an order.

Yes. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us with your enquiry and we can email you a VAT invoice with our bank details.
