DELIVERY PRICES

Delivery prices vary depending on the product/s ordered and your delivery address. A number of our product ranges such as chairs for bad backs include free UK courier delivery. The easiest thing to do is add the items to your cart and then on the cart page you can add your delivery postcode to calculate the available shipping options.

DELIVERY TIMESCALES

Our website contains many bespoke products from different manufactures and the delivery timescales vary between them. Please see each individual product listing for information about lead times for each product. In most instances we’ll need to wait for all the items on your order to arrive before we arrange dispatch. Stocked items such as used furniture will generally be dispatched within 3-4 days via courier or installed within 10 working days if installation is selected.

STANDARD COURIER DELIVERY

Please note that couriers will usually only deliver to the ground floor. Most products sent via standard courier delivery will arrive boxed and may require assembly.

PALLET DELIVERY

Items that are too large to send via courier will be sent via a pallet delivery service. Tracking information will be provided. Please note a pallet delivery is a kerbside service. Goods will be generally be delivered to the nearest kerbside access point at the specified address. Depending on the products ordered, items sent via pallet delivery may require assembly.

DELIVERY WITH INSTALLATION

If available for the products ordered, furniture will be professionally assembled on site, installed in the location required and all packaging removed and taken away. If you use our installation service, we may ask you to complete our pre-delivery questionnaire so we know what to expect when we arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only provide our services within the UK. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
