Case Study | Aarslef

We first met with Lauren and Andrew in December 2023. We knew of Andrew from his previous company, so it was nice to work with him again.

They had 2 floors they were looking at rejuvenating for around 50 people, including conference rooms. Alongside that we had to factor in the clearance of everything existing once the installation had been completed. The logistics of this all had to be considered, so there was as little impact on the working day as possible while the transitions were made.

Once on site, we were able to get a feel for the office space available and did a full measure of the rooms that would be changing. It also allowed us to see where we could offer them a bit more space.

They were still wanting to use some existing furniture in some rooms, so matching furniture finishes was also considered. 

After a few layouts had been sent, the team from Aarslef visited the showroom to try some chairs and see fabric colours. We were able to agree on these and incorporated them into the layout designs. 

The final result carries the Aarslef branding colours through and allowed for the staff to declutter.  It’s created a really smart and functional space
