In response to said need, we have developed hushMeet – an acoustic pod intended for teamwork. The booth ensures that discussions held by a group of employees do not disturb other people in the office.
The hushMeet acoustic office pod, for up to four people, provides the right conditions for team meetings and face-to-face conversations that require discretion. Acoustic comfort, a sense of privacy, as well as automatically activated lighting and ventilation, improve communication within the pod. The hushMeet acoustic booth has been designed with effective team meetings and one-to-one conversations in mind. HushMeet can also be used by one person at a time – for comfortable focused work, including phone and video calls.
The hushMeet acoustic office pod ensures optimal conditions for group work, brainstorming and one-to-one meetings. HushMeet offers an additional, independent office space in which meetings can be held in total comfort. Advanced acoustic solutions effectively insulate sound, while the enclosed form provides a sense of privacy. As a result, all participants of meetings held in the hushMeet pods can feel comfortable and at ease. The hushMeet booth is an excellent alternative to project and mini-conference rooms.
The pod features two comfortable, soft, upholstered benches, each intended for two people. Inside the pod, there is also a central panel with an attached tabletop, which allows users to conveniently put down a laptop, notepad or coffee cup during meetings. The panel also offers a power supply module with an electric socket and USB ports as well as the option to hang a TV or monitor. Lighting and ventilation are activated automatically thanks to a motion sensor and can be adjusted using convenient knobs. The hushMeet acoustic booth is designed to block external sound waves and ensure full confidentiality of conversations or negotiations held inside. Additionally, to enhance visual privacy, the pod can feature a back panel made of frosted glass. HushMeet is also fully mobile, so you can change its location whenever you need, without having to dismantle the booth. You can move the pod with the use of a pallet jack after removing the front plinth.
The hushMeet office pod is designed to maximise the comfort and efficiency of smaller meetings in the office and provide ideal conditions for sharing ideas or holding confidential conversations. The acoustic properties of the booth ensure that nothing said inside it can be heard by anyone in the open office space, while the ergonomic arrangement of interior elements allows users to maintain a comfortable position even during longer meetings. Comfort, acoustic and visual privacy, as well as additional features, ensure that meetings organised in the hushMeet pods are more efficient than in other settings.
What makes an ideal acoustic booth for office meetings? By customising the pod based on your individual preferences, or to the style of the entire office interior, we can create this for you. When placing an order, you can configure the parameters of the hushMeet pod, especially in terms of the colour of the casing, the material and shade of the upholstery inside the booth, and the optional equipment.
The hushMeet acoustic pod is distinguished by solutions that increase the comfort and efficiency of office meetings – both the less official ones, held within the team, and formal meetings with contractors or business partners.
The hushMeet pod is designed in line with acoustic Class B (in accordance with the ISO 23351‑1:2020 norm). Acoustic booths of this class reduce the level of the noise coming from an open office space from 70 dB to approx. 40 dB. Users of the office meeting pods do not experience a sense of isolation, as conversations and other sounds from the open space can be heard as muffled background noise. The confidentiality of business meetings held in the pods is guaranteed by the layered composition of high-quality chipboard, glass, foam and fabric.

Hushoffice acoustic pods meet the requirements for a Certified Autism Resource (CAR) by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). This means that our acoustic pods meet the requirements and needs of people with autism spectrum disorders. Hushoffice pods help create an open, inclusive, and effective workplace where people with ASD (autism spectrum disorder) can work, meet, and talk in appropriate conditions. IBCCES is an independent certification board specializing in cognitive disorders.
Hushoffice acoustic pods respond to the needs of neurodiverse people, creating a comfortable place to work and meet in silence and concentration. The hushMeet acoustic pod can be connected to a power source in your office through the booth’s ceiling or floor. There is no need for an electrician – simply use the plug to connect the pod to the power source in the floorbox, in the wall or on the ceiling.
The hushMeet office meeting pod is designed in line with acoustic Class B (according to the ISO 23351‑1:2020 norm), which guarantees speech privacy. This means that the level of sound from open office spaces which is transmitted to the pods is approx. 40 dB, ensuring that such sound is reduced to barely audible background noise.
A correctly configured corporate Wi-Fi network will be fully functional inside Hushoffice acoustic booths.
Lighting and ventilation in hushMeet acoustic pods are activated by a motion sensor. They automatically switch off when the last person leaves the booth. The intensity of the lighting and ventilation can be adjusted using potentiometers.
The hushMeet acoustic office pod comes with a power cord which is 3.6 metres long.
The hushMeet pod for group work can be connected to a standard socket (230 V) in the wall, floor or ceiling, without the need for an electrician. Booths can be plugged in through their ceiling or floor.
HushMeet four-person meeting booths are equipped with an efficient ventilation system, providing comfortable conditions for focusing on a conversation held during a meeting or on the task at hand. The system is activated by a motion sensor when a user enters the pod. In addition, employees can use a knob to set the optimal fan speed themselves. The hushMeet pod features six fans with a capacity of 58 cbm/h, which enable a complete exchange of air in 167 seconds. The parameters have been carefully adjusted to guarantee adequate airflow and ensure freshness inside the acoustic booth.
